Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and caring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our growing team. As a PSW, you will provide essential personal care and support services to clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Support with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report any changes in client health and well-being.
- Follow care plans and ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate or equivalent.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
- Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or healthcare settings is an asset.
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
