Hiring Manager, Caregivers
Mary is a seasoned Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with over 15 years of experience, primarily focused on geriatric care. She has held leadership roles such as Wound Care Lead, Behaviour Support Lead, and MDS/RAI Coordinator.
In her current role, she oversees the recruitment of RNs, RPNs, PSWs, and other healthcare professionals. Mary is highly skilled in care plan assessments for critically ill patients, ensuring each caregiver is matched to meet specialized care needs across various settings.
