With over 15 years of industry experience as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in geriatric nursing, Mary Mukawya plays a critical role at City Healthcare Services as our Hiring Manager for all types of caregivers. Her deep understanding of the healthcare sector allows her to better assess the qualifications, experience, and skills of Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and other caregiving professionals.
Mary has led teams as a Wound Care Lead and Behaviour Support Lead, enhancing her ability to select caregivers who can address complex healthcare needs. Additionally, her role as an MDS/RAI Coordinator has equipped her with an in-depth understanding of patient assessments, care planning, and health system data management. This comprehensive expertise enables her to align caregivers with the specific needs of clients, whether in hospitals, long-term care homes, or private residence care, ensuring that City Healthcare Services provides the most suitable and qualified caregivers to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
